Squads.Win / Our model
NOT A PLAYER DIRECTORY.
A CURATED SERVICE.
We tried the open marketplace model. We evolved beyond it because families should not have to shop through strangers to find a safe, high-quality gaming session.
Squads.Win is a managed gaming marketplace by design. Families do not browse a public catalog of players or carry the burden of vetting someone they have never met. Squads.Win recruits, hires, employs, schedules, and manages the gamers who lead our sessions.
The pivot was intentional
Open marketplaces can optimize for choice and volume. For youth gaming, that can create the wrong incentives: quality becomes inconsistent, safety work gets pushed onto parents, and the best experience is difficult to repeat. Our answer was to control the experience end to end.
Recruit
We identify gamers who can lead a welcoming, structured co-op experience.
Employ
Squads.Win employs the leaders who run sessions, giving the service a real quality standard and accountable operator.
Match
We pair families and sessions around age, game, skill level, schedule, and fit—not a public popularity contest.
Manage
We own the session experience, parent visibility, and the feedback loop that improves the roster.
How we are different
- No public player shopping: families choose a Squads.Win experience, not an unknown individual from a directory.
- No race to the bottom: leaders are not competing on the cheapest listing or the loudest profile.
- Quality is operational: standards live in recruiting, employment, scheduling, session design, and follow-through.
- Parents stay in the loop: the Squads.Guardian model gives families visibility into the gaming experience.

FEATURED SQUAD LEADERS
